Lanikai House Rules

• Check out time is 11 am, check in at 3 pm.

• Check in and check out is self service by using the key pad deadbolt on the front door.  You will receive the key code by e-mail a few days before you arrive.  Please do not lock the door handle from the inside, use only the deadbolt to lock and unlock the door.

• If you have problems or questions, or lock yourself out, please talk to Janet or Kat in the main house in the back of the property, their phone number is 808 261 6292, or call the owner, Robert at 808 779 4707.

• Please park in front of the garage, on the very right of the driveway to allow access in and out of the garage on the left side.  Guests can park on the street.

• The two man kayak is located in the garage.  Please ask for a key and instructions if you are interested in renting it.

• The washer/ dryer is located under the studio and can be accessed through the unlocked left door on the back side of the garage.

• No parties allowed, no loud noises after 9pm, please repect the peace and privacy of the neighborhood.

• Please put trash in grey plastic trash can on the left side of the garage, please do not leave trash or food out when you check out, as the unit may not be cleaned for several days after check out.

• Please wash dishes when leaving.  Leave all furniture where you found it, please be careful not to scratch bamboo floor when moving furniture.
  
• You are welcome to use the gas BBQ grill, please clean the grill after use and cover before checking out.

• You are welcome to use any food or condiments in the kitchen, please do not change refrigerator setting and make sure everything is turned off when leaving house.

• The plasma TV will play DVDs and basic cable channels, the DVD player is on the right side of the screen.  You are welcome to watch the movie collection in the house.

• There is no phone line, sorry.  Most cell phone networks have a weak signal in Lanikai, but should work in the studio.  If you have a laptop with a wireless network connection, you can log into the high speed wireless network through the main house, which is configured for open access.
